Personalized products are made to order, so they cannot be resold. We still stand behind every print.
Free reprint
If your order arrives damaged, defective or printed incorrectly by us, share photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will reprint and reship at no cost.
Refunds
Where a reprint is not possible, we refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
What is not covered
Low-resolution or blurred source photographs, approved proofs with typing errors, cropping approved by you at checkout, and change of mind on personalized items.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible.
